Our mission

Our focus is to be the leading provider of punch clock solutions, combining top-tier hardware with easy-to-use SaaS services. We simplify punch clock management for our customers, backed by fast, professional, and personalized support. We prioritize user-friendliness, ensuring our products and services are easy to use despite the sophisticated technology behind them. We develop both the hardware and software for our digital punch clocks.

We probably offer the most cost-effective solution on the market when considering total cost of ownership.

1979

As early as 1979, the predecessor of Brightec Time introduced microprocessors for time stamping devices, which was soon followed by the launch of identification with RFID tags.

90s

In the late 90s, Brightec Time was the first to replace traditional keypads with touch screens and TFT displays.

2006

In 2006, Linux OS became the robust and stable backbone of Brightec Time products and successful tests were already done in networks with 1000+ punch clocks. Later, the more flexible punch clocks were added that can directly run the customers’ own cloud-based web applications.

To further improve the employee experience, the large 15” TFT touch screens were launched to create greater opportunities for developers to add more services, functionality and flexibility to their web applications.

2020

In 2020 we change our name from Time Terminal Sweden AB to Brightec Time AB. Our logo has a star, which symbolizes our values, which should be our guiding light in everything we do. You can also see it as a plus sign, as we are driven by providing added value to our customers and partners.
