Active support agreement:
  • Free repair (does not apply to mechanical force or connection of unapproved power adapter/equipment)
  • Return normally within 3 business days of arrival.
Customer without support agreement:
  • Troubleshooting and quote - 870 SEK.
  • Return normally within 1 week after approved quote.
If you are sending in a time clock for repair / support:
  • After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email that you print out and attach together with the punch clock.
  • Also attach a power adapter (or POE splitter/injector)
  • Send with a company package to Brightec Time AB, Hammarbacken 4A, 191 49 Sollentuna, Sweden
