Support Agreement Overview
- Hardware repair. Includes labor costs and parts for processor boards, power supplies, memory chips, and more.
- The software is updated to the latest version.
- Questions are answered weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Error reports are acknowledged within 4 hours of receipt. In cases where the report is reported outside of regular office hours, the response time is counted from 08:30.
- If the defective time clock or its parts require replacement, Brightec Time guarantees to take responsibility for the recycling process.
